1. Evaluation
We'll evaluate HR practices, policies and procedures before your new HRIS system is installed. We can survey areas such as general administration, employment, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, cost containment and strategic management and determine whether state and federal regulations are being met. Which areas require changes? Which areas should be automated first?

2. Needs Analysis
Every HR department is different. We ask questions about your needs and objectives. Are you using a current HR or Payroll system, and can the data be converted in Abra? How will your insurance, savings and attendance plans be defined? What steps must be followed to customize Abra's code tables? Do you have the computer hardware to operate Abra now and in the future?

3. Design
Once we've understood your needs, we will provide you with a written proposal outlining the product(s) which would provide the best solutions. An implementation and training plan will be included, as well as a price schedule. We also offer assistance in programming, creating custom panels, and designing customized reports to those with special needs.

4. Installation
We will install the product(s) or offer installation assistance to your information services department. HRC is also available to help the HR staff implement the company's setup requirements defined during the Needs Analysis phase.

5. Training
HRC offers private on-site training in the HR software products we provide and in a wide variety of business application software programs. Off-site private and public classroom training sessions are also scheduled.

6. Ongoing Support
HRC maintains a business relationship with its clients. Correspondence and flyers keep you informed about product enhancements, upgrades, class offerings, and seminars. We'll help install software upgrades and train you in the new features.
